| About Us Prior to founding Affordable Housing Resource Ms. LeFhae was the manager of the affordable housing program at Stapleton; prior to that she coordinated the affordable housing programs for the City of Boulder. Ms. LeFhae has managed a successful housing rehabilitation program, worked in real estate marketing and sales and has worked extensively with the organization, re-sale, and compliance of for-sale affordable properties. In addition she is currently co-owner of Harmony Management Group Inc. which manages a variety of properties in the Denver/Boulder area.
